For\n          simplicity, we refer to the service as Bronva throughout these Terms.\n          Other features and services may use the Bronva name, such as Bronva\n          News, Bronva Games and Bronva Tools, if and when those features become\n          available.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva aims to provide a welcoming environment in which members can\n          discover other people, build connections, participate in activity\n          discussions, join groups where available, exchange private messages\n          and share content supported by the service.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Our approach emphasises usability, speed, clarity and useful\n          functionality. We aim to add features that offer practical value,\n          rather than introduce unnecessary complexity. Our aim is\n          to provide a service where members can communicate openly, exchange\n          ideas, discuss difficult subjects and express lawful opinions\n          without unnecessary interference.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We recognise that automated systems can make mistakes. Language,\n          context, humour, cultural differences, quotation, satire and\n          legitimate discussion can be misunderstood when content is assessed\n          without sufficient context. A name, a particular word or an\n          unpopular viewpoint should not automatically be treated as evidence\n          of wrongdoing.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Where a moderation decision is necessary, we aim to consider the\n          relevant context, the nature of the content, the circumstances,\n          available evidence, applicable law and the interests of affected\n          people. We may also apply neutral technical\n          limits to protect the service from abuse.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We do not guarantee that all members, moderators or administrators\n          will agree with your views, that every decision will be free from\n          error, or that every complaint will result in the outcome you seek.\n          We aim to handle reports and disputes fairly, consistently and with\n          appropriate regard to freedom of expression and privacy.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Nothing in this section requires Bronva to host content that is\n          illegal or to disregard a lawful instruction, court order,\n          applicable regulatory duty or the rights of another person.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-6\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">06<\/span> Community standards and prohibited conduct<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva is intended to support genuine communication and useful\n          community participation. You must not use the service in a way that\n          is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, seriously disruptive or\n          incompatible with the rights of others.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.1 Illegal content and unlawful activity<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not create, upload, publish, share, request, store,\n          distribute or facilitate content or activity that is illegal under\n          applicable law. This includes content that constitutes a criminal\n          offence or facilitates criminal activity, taking account of the\n          relevant legal requirements and context.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.2 Threats, harassment and abuse<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not use Bronva to threaten violence, stalk, intimidate,\n          harass or persistently target another person in a manner that\n          violates applicable law or these Terms. Repeated unwanted contact,\n          malicious targeting and attempts to frighten or coerce others may\n          be restricted.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Criticism, debate, disagreement, parody and strong opinions are not\n          automatically harassment. The context, conduct, persistence,\n          target and applicable law matter when assessing a report.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.3 Hate, discrimination and targeted abuse<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not use Bronva to promote unlawful discrimination, incite\n          violence or hatred where prohibited by law, or engage in targeted\n          abusive conduct that breaches these Terms. Discussion of politics,\n          religion, culture, identity, public policy and other contentious\n          subjects is not automatically prohibited merely because the topic\n          is sensitive or opinions differ.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.4 Sexual content and child safety<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not use Bronva to share, request or facilitate child sexual\n          abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion,\n          non-consensual intimate imagery or other unlawful sexual material.\n          You must not use the service to facilitate sexual abuse or\n          exploitation of any person.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Do not upload or distribute intimate images of another person\n          without the consent or other lawful basis required in the\n          circumstances. Content involving a person&#8217;s private or intimate\n          life must not be used to threaten, blackmail, humiliate or exploit\n          them.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.5 Privacy, personal information and doxxing<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not publish another person&#8217;s private information, such as\n          their home address, private contact details, account credentials\n          or confidential records, in circumstances that unlawfully expose\n          them to harm, harassment or unwanted contact. You must not misuse\n          personal information obtained through Bronva or attempt to obtain\n          private information without authorisation.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.6 Spam, scams and deceptive activity<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not use Bronva to send unsolicited bulk messages, conduct\n          phishing, distribute fraudulent offers, impersonate trusted\n          organisations, manipulate members into transferring money, or\n          mislead people for unlawful or abusive purposes.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Invitations, referrals, posts, reactions and messages must not be\n          used to flood the service, manipulate engagement, evade rate limits\n          or repeatedly contact people who have opted out of invitations.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.7 Impersonation and misrepresentation<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not impersonate another person, falsely claim to represent\n          someone else, create misleading verification claims or use another\n          person&#8217;s identity to deceive, defraud or harm others. Parody,\n          commentary and clearly identified fictional identities are assessed\n          in their proper context, subject to applicable law.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.8 Copyright and other intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not upload or distribute content in violation of another\n          person&#8217;s copyright, trade mark, privacy rights or other legal\n          rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the\n          necessary rights or permissions for the content you share.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>6.9 Malicious software and technical abuse<\/h3>\n\n        <p>You must not:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.<\/li>\n          <li>Introduce malware, malicious scripts, harmful files or destructive code.<\/li>\n          <li>Probe, scan or attack systems without appropriate authorisation.<\/li>\n          <li>Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of Bronva.<\/li>\n          <li>Bypass access controls, account restrictions, rate limits or security measures.<\/li>\n          <li>Scrape, harvest or collect member information through unauthorised or abusive means.<\/li>\n          <li>Use automated accounts, bots or scripts to manipulate interactions or overwhelm the service.<\/li>\n          <li>Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit or disrupt the service except where applicable law permits such activity and it is carried out lawfully.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <h3>6.10 Other misuse<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You must not interfere with other members&#8217; use of Bronva, evade\n          enforcement action through replacement accounts, misuse reporting\n          tools to intimidate others, or deliberately submit false reports\n          intended to cause harm. You must not use the service to facilitate\n          any other unlawful activity.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          These examples are not exhaustive. Conduct may breach these Terms\n          even if it is not listed word for word above, provided the relevant\n          restriction is consistent with applicable law and is applied fairly.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-7\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">07<\/span> Illegal content, online safety and risk management<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva takes online safety seriously while recognising the\n          importance of lawful expression and privacy. We aim to maintain\n          proportionate systems for identifying, assessing, reporting and\n          addressing illegal content and other risks that arise through\n          use of the service.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Where the Online Safety Act 2023 applies to Bronva, we will take\n          the measures required by law for the relevant service and its\n          functionality. Depending on the duties applicable to the service,\n          these may include risk assessments, proportionate safety measures,\n          content-reporting processes, complaint handling, record-keeping,\n          reviews and measures to protect users&#8217; freedom of expression and\n          privacy.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We may assess content and conduct in context, consider credible\n          reports, investigate suspected violations, restrict access to\n          content, preserve relevant records where lawful and necessary, and\n          cooperate with competent authorities where legally required or\n          otherwise permitted.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva is not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement,\n          legal advice or professional support. If someone is in immediate\n          danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Members should not assume that every item of content is reviewed\n          before publication, that every report will be detected\n          automatically, or that Bronva can prevent every instance of\n          misconduct. Our processes are intended to address risks and\n          respond appropriately; they are not a guarantee that unlawful\n          content or harmful behaviour will never occur.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We may update our safety measures as our membership, features,\n          legal obligations and risk assessments develop. Significant changes\n          to service design or operation will be assessed in accordance with\n          any applicable legal requirements.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-8\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">08<\/span> Reporting content, member safety and complaints<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          If you encounter content or behaviour that may be illegal, violates\n          these Terms or creates a genuine safety concern, please report it\n          to Bronva. Reports help us identify problems that may not otherwise\n          be apparent.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>8.1 How to report a concern<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Where the relevant controls are available, you can use the\n          reporting options provided within Bronva to report a member,\n          activity post or relevant interaction. Depending on the report,\n          you may be able to identify a reason, provide additional details,\n          include relevant content as evidence or block the member.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          If an appropriate in-service reporting option is unavailable, or\n          you need to report an issue relating to the service itself, email\n          <a href=\"mailto:support@bronva.com\">support@bronva.com<\/a>.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Please provide enough information to identify the relevant content\n          or account, explain the concern and, where possible, supply the\n          relevant URL, date, time or other evidence. Do not send unnecessary\n          sensitive information or circulate illegal material to other\n          people.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>8.2 What happens after a report<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          We may assess a report against these Terms, applicable law and\n          relevant safety considerations. We may request clarification,\n          examine available evidence, prioritise urgent concerns, restrict\n          content or accounts where appropriate, or decide that no action\n          is justified.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We aim to handle reports proportionately and take appropriate\n          account of context, freedom of expression, privacy and the rights\n          of all affected parties. We may not disclose confidential\n          investigation details, personal information about another member\n          or every internal reason for a decision.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>8.3 Complaining about a decision<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          If you believe that Bronva has incorrectly removed your content,\n          restricted your account, failed to address a report or otherwise\n          handled a matter improperly, you may contact us at\n          <a href=\"mailto:support@bronva.com\">support@bronva.com<\/a>.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Explain the decision or issue, the relevant account or content,\n          why you believe the decision was incorrect and any relevant\n          information we should consider. We will review complaints through\n          an appropriate process, taking account of applicable legal\n          requirements.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Where a statutory complaints procedure, specific response\n          requirement or other legal protection applies, nothing in these\n          Terms is intended to remove or restrict it. Any applicable\n          statutory rights remain available.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>8.4 Good-faith reporting<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Reports should be made honestly and for a legitimate purpose.\n          Deliberately false reports, repeated abusive complaints or attempts\n          to weaponise moderation tools may themselves breach these Terms.\n          A report will not be treated as abusive merely because we do not\n          agree with the reporter or cannot substantiate the allegation.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We will handle report information in accordance with our Privacy\n          Policy and applicable law, including any necessary restrictions on\n          disclosure, retention and access.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-9\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">09<\/span> Content moderation and enforcement<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva may take reasonable and proportionate action where we\n          consider it necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users,\n          maintain the service, investigate suspected abuse or comply with\n          applicable law.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>Depending on the circumstances, action may include:<\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Requesting clarification or additional information.<\/li>\n          <li>Removing, disabling or restricting access to content.<\/li>\n          <li>Limiting messaging, posting, invitations or other functionality.<\/li>\n          <li>Applying temporary account restrictions or suspensions.<\/li>\n          <li>Suspending or terminating an account in serious or repeated cases.<\/li>\n          <li>Blocking access to particular features or parts of the service.<\/li>\n          <li>Preserving relevant evidence where lawful and necessary.<\/li>\n          <li>Taking other proportionate steps required to address risks or comply with the law.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p>\n          We aim to make decisions that are appropriate to the nature and\n          seriousness of the concern. However,\n          repeated conduct, threats, unlawful content, abuse of the service\n          or other legitimate grounds may justify action even where a\n          member characterises the conduct as freedom of expression.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Enforcement decisions may be reviewed where appropriate. We do not\n          guarantee that every initial decision will be correct, but we aim\n          to address credible errors through suitable review procedures.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-10\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">10<\/span> Content you publish or share<\/h2>\n\n        <h3>10.1 Your responsibility for content<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You retain responsibility for content that you create, upload,\n          publish, send or otherwise share through Bronva. This includes\n          posts, comments, profile information, images, photographs, videos,\n          messages, reactions, group contributions and other material.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          You must ensure that you have the rights, permissions and lawful\n          basis necessary to share the content and that doing so does not\n          violate these Terms or another person&#8217;s rights.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>10.2 Licence necessary to operate Bronva<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You retain ownership of content to which you hold the relevant\n          intellectual property rights. By submitting content to Bronva,\n          you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence,\n          for the duration permitted by applicable law and for as long as\n          reasonably necessary, to host, store, reproduce, format,\n          technically process, display and transmit that content as needed\n          to operate, maintain, secure and provide the service and the\n          features you choose to use.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          This licence includes making content available to the audiences\n          you select through the service, such as members of a group or\n          recipients of a message, and creating technical copies needed for\n          delivery, backups, security or reliability.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          The licence does not transfer ownership to Bronva, permit us to\n          sell your content as our own, or grant an unrestricted right to\n          use your content for unrelated commercial purposes. Any additional\n          use requiring separate permission or a separate legal basis must\n          be addressed accordingly.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>10.3 Visibility and sharing<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Content may be visible to other people according to the relevant\n          feature, audience, group settings, profile settings and access\n          controls. Public content may be accessible to visitors who are\n          not members and may be copied, captured, indexed or shared by\n          other people.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          You should consider the intended audience before publishing\n          personal information, photographs, opinions or other material.\n          Do not assume that content can be made completely private or that\n          recipients cannot preserve copies of information they can access.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>10.4 Accuracy and opinions<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Members may express opinions, personal experiences, criticism and\n          views with which others disagree. Unless clearly represented\n          otherwise, member contributions do not necessarily reflect the\n          views of Bronva or its operator.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          You should not knowingly publish materially deceptive information,\n          fraudulent claims or fabricated evidence intended to cause\n          unlawful harm. You are responsible for assessing the accuracy and\n          consequences of what you publish.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>10.5 Deletion and copies<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          You may be able to edit or delete content using the available\n          controls. Deleting content from a visible page does not\n          necessarily remove all copies immediately. Copies may remain in\n          backups, security records, recipients&#8217; devices, quoted messages,\n          cached pages or other locations where retention is lawful or\n          technically necessary.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We will handle retained personal data in accordance with our\n          Privacy Policy and applicable law. It is not a guarantee that a message is confidential\n          against all forms of access, disclosure, technical failure or\n          lawful intervention.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <ul>\n          <li>Do not send threats, unlawful content, scams, abusive messages or unsolicited bulk communications.<\/li>\n          <li>Respect reasonable boundaries and stop contacting someone where continued contact would be abusive or unlawful.<\/li>\n          <li>Do not assume that a message can be recalled or permanently erased after delivery.<\/li>\n          <li>Do not share private conversations publicly where doing so would violate applicable law or another person&#8217;s rights.<\/li>\n          <li>Do not use private messages to evade content restrictions or continue harassment.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <h3>11.1 Blocking and muting<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Where blocking and muting controls are available, they can help\n          you manage interactions with other members. Muting may reduce\n          unwanted activity or notifications. Blocking may restrict\n          messaging, visibility, friendship or other interactions.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          These tools are practical safeguards, not guarantees that another\n          person can never see publicly accessible information, create\n          another account or contact you through an unrelated service.\n          Report serious concerns to Bronva and, where appropriate, the\n          relevant authorities.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>11.2 Member reports and evidence<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Where you submit a report involving a conversation or another\n          interaction, relevant information may be retained or disclosed\n          internally to the extent reasonably necessary to assess the\n          report, protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with the law.\n          We will handle such information in accordance with our Privacy\n          Policy and applicable legal restrictions.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>11.3 No guarantee of another member&#8217;s identity<\/h3>\n\n        <p>\n          Although Bronva may apply registration controls and provide\n          account-verification features, you should not assume that every\n          member&#8217;s identity, qualifications, claims or intentions have been\n          independently verified. Exercise appropriate care when deciding\n          whether to trust someone or share personal information.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-12\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">12<\/span> GIFs, stickers and third-party content<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva may offer GIFs, stickers, emoji and other media through\n          third-party content services. Availability depends on the relevant\n          feature, provider, licensing arrangements and technical conditions.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Where GIF content is supplied through a service using a PG-13\n          (Teens) content rating, that rating is a filtering measure rather\n          than a guarantee that every item is suitable for every person or\n          context. Users must still comply with these Terms and applicable\n          law.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Third-party content may contain material that is inaccurate,\n          offensive, unexpected, unsuitable or subject to restrictions.\n          Bronva does not necessarily create, endorse or control the content\n          supplied by external providers or other members.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          We may restrict particular content sources, categories, search\n          results or media features where reasonably necessary for legal\n          compliance, safety, licensing, security or service operation.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section class=\"bt-section\" id=\"bt-13\">\n        <h2><span class=\"bt-number\">13<\/span> Privacy, personal information and security<\/h2>\n\n        <p>\n          Bronva processes personal information to provide accounts,\n          profiles, communications, community functionality, security,\n          moderation and other legitimate service operations.
