Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Bronva: creating your account, connecting with people, sharing content, protecting your privacy and helping shape the future of the community.
Bronva is built around a straightforward idea: social networking should be easier to use, more enjoyable to explore and designed to give people meaningful ways to communicate and express themselves.
New to Bronva? Start with the questions below to understand how the network works, what you can do as a member and the standards that help keep the community usable and safe.
Bronva is intended for people aged 16 and over. By registering or using the network, you must meet the applicable age requirement and follow our Terms of Use.
1. About Bronva
Discover what Bronva stands for and what makes the experience different.
What is Bronva?
Bronva is a social network designed to help people connect, communicate, share content and participate in an online community. It brings together familiar social features in an experience intended to be straightforward, responsive and easy to navigate.
Members can explore activity updates, discover other members, build friendships, participate in groups, exchange private messages and interact with community content. The network is designed to provide a useful foundation for social interaction without making everyday tasks unnecessarily complicated.
Bronva is an evolving service. New features and improvements may be introduced as the community grows and members’ needs become clearer.
Why was Bronva created?
Bronva was created to support freedom of speech and expression while making social networking simpler and more accessible to use.
Online communities can be difficult to navigate when interfaces become crowded, ordinary tasks require too many steps or automated systems misunderstand the context of what people share. Bronva aims to provide a cleaner, more focused experience and to approach community moderation thoughtfully.
The goal is to give people practical ways to communicate, discover content and connect with others while maintaining reasonable safeguards against unlawful content, abuse and behaviour that threatens the safety or proper functioning of the service.
What makes Bronva different from other social networks?
Bronva focuses on several principles that shape its design and development:
- Simplicity: a cleaner interface that aims to make common activities easy to find and use.
- Clarity: straightforward navigation and familiar social features without unnecessary complexity.
- Communication: member profiles, activity updates, groups, friendships and private messaging help people stay connected.
- Expression: the service aims to accommodate a broad range of lawful opinions and perspectives rather than demand conformity of opinion.
- Practicality: features are developed around identifiable uses and community needs.
- Continual improvement: feedback can inform future updates and help prioritise useful additions.
- Accessibility of use: a responsive design aims to provide a usable experience across different screen sizes and devices.
- Community participation: members can help shape the network by suggesting improvements and inviting others to join.
These are design objectives, not a guarantee that Bronva will suit every person or outperform every other service in every respect. The network is growing, and the features available today may differ from those offered in the future.
Does Bronva support freedom of speech?
Yes. Supporting freedom of speech and freedom of expression is a central aim of Bronva. The service is intended to provide space for lawful opinions, discussions and perspectives, including views that other people may disagree with.
Disagreement, criticism and an unpopular opinion are not automatically the same as abuse or unlawful content. Context matters, and decisions about content should take relevant circumstances into account.
However, freedom of expression is not unlimited. Bronva must be able to respond to unlawful content, credible threats, harassment, exploitation, harmful conduct and other matters that require action under applicable law or our Terms of Use. We cannot promise that every post will remain available or that every moderation decision will be error-free.
Our aim is to apply appropriate safeguards without unnecessarily restricting legitimate expression.
Does Bronva use automated moderation or artificial intelligence?
Automated systems can sometimes misunderstand context, language, names, images or the purpose of a particular post. Bronva recognises that moderation decisions need to be proportionate and that mistakes can occur.
We aim to take context into account when handling reports and reviewing content. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, decisions may be reviewed or corrected if relevant information shows that an error has occurred.
This does not guarantee human review of every item, nor does it mean that automated tools will never be used. The methods used to operate or protect the service may evolve as Bronva develops.
Who owns and operates Bronva?
Bronva is the principal name used for the brand. The social network is technically named Bronva Social, but it is generally referred to as Bronva for consistency.
Bronva was founded on 25 October 2026 by James William Steven Parker. It forms part of the wider Bronva brand.
For enquiries about the service, account assistance, suggestions or other support matters, contact support@bronva.com.
Is Bronva free to use?
Bronva is designed to provide a straightforward social networking experience. The availability, eligibility and any applicable terms of individual features will be explained where relevant.
Do not assume that every present or future feature, external service or optional offering will always be free. If a paid feature or material change to the service is introduced, the relevant details will be communicated as appropriate.
Is Bronva still being developed?
Yes. Bronva is an ongoing project, and the service is intended to improve as the community grows.
Future additions may include more community tools, entertainment, news, resources and other useful features. Ideas are assessed according to factors such as usefulness, feasibility, security, legal obligations, maintenance requirements and the effect on the overall experience.
We aim to add value without compromising the simplicity that underpins the network. A suggested feature is not a guarantee that it will be built or introduced by a particular date.
2. Accounts and registration
Information about eligibility, account creation, login and account management.
How old do I have to be to use Bronva?
You must be at least 16 years old to register for or use Bronva. This is the minimum age set for the service.
You must provide truthful information where requested and must not create or use an account on behalf of someone who does not meet the age requirement. If you discover that an account is being used by someone under 16, report the matter to Bronva.
The age requirement does not override any additional legal restrictions that may apply to a particular user or activity. Bronva may take proportionate steps to investigate credible concerns about age eligibility and restrict or remove accounts where appropriate.
How do I create an account?
Visit the Bronva registration page and complete the registration form.
You must meet the minimum age requirement, provide the information requested and choose account credentials that meet the displayed requirements. Registration may require an email address and completion of an account activation step.
Use an email address you control so that you can receive relevant account communications and recover access if necessary. Registration may be refused or restricted where information is invalid, security checks fail or other legitimate requirements are not met.
How do I log in?
Visit the Bronva login page and enter your account credentials.
If you have difficulty signing in, check that your username and password are correct and use the available password-recovery option if needed. Never send your password to another member or disclose it in a support email.
Why does registration ask for my first and last name?
Bronva uses profile information to provide consistent names across member profiles and community interactions. Where both names are available, your full name may be displayed prominently, with your username used as a secondary identifier. If the required name information is incomplete, your username may be used instead.
Providing consistent names can help members recognise the person they are communicating with and reduce confusion between accounts. You should provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
Before registering, review the Privacy Policy to understand how account and profile information is handled.
Why might my email address be rejected?
Bronva may restrict registrations from certain email domains to help reduce spam, automated registrations, fraudulent accounts or other abuse. The registration system may also reject malformed email addresses or details that do not pass validation.
If your address is rejected, follow the displayed instructions and try an eligible email address that you control. If you believe the restriction is a mistake, contact support@bronva.com.
A rejected address does not necessarily mean that you have done anything wrong.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the password-recovery option available from the login page, if you can access it. Follow the instructions sent to the email address associated with your account.
Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive. If you no longer control the registered email address or cannot complete recovery, contact support and explain the problem. Bronva may need to verify your entitlement to the account before helping with access.
For security reasons, never send your current password or a password you use on another service to the support team.
Can I change my profile information or picture?
Bronva provides member profiles with profile-photo and cover-image features. Available profile and account settings allow members to manage supported information and presentation options.
Some profile information may be subject to required fields, display rules or privacy controls. You should avoid publishing information about yourself or others that you do not want members to see.
Do not upload images that you do not have permission to use or that unlawfully disclose another person’s private information.
Can I delete my Bronva account?
Bronva supports member account deletion where the relevant account controls are available. Look in your account or profile settings for the deletion option.
Account deletion may remove your profile and associated account information from normal use, but it may not immediately remove every item from backups, security records, reports, recipients’ copies, or records that must or may lawfully be retained.
Content you previously shared may also have been copied, quoted, forwarded or otherwise retained by other people. Deleting your account cannot necessarily remove those independent copies.
Where appropriate, Bronva may retain limited information for legitimate security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Can my account be suspended or removed?
Yes. Bronva may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a lawful and proportionate reason, including serious or repeated breaches of the Terms of Use, unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, security threats or obligations imposed by law.
Action may also be necessary to protect members, preserve the security of the service, respond to a valid legal requirement or prevent serious misuse. The appropriate response depends on the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permissible, Bronva aims to provide relevant information about significant account restrictions and an appropriate route for contacting support or requesting a review. Notice or review may be limited where prohibited by law, necessary to protect an investigation or justified by urgent safety or security concerns.
3. Connecting and sharing
Learn how to find people, communicate and participate in the community.
Where can I see the latest activity?
The Bronva activity feed is the main place to explore community updates and supported interactions.
The feed is designed to help you follow discussions and discover activity from the community. What you can see may depend on whether you are logged in, the visibility of particular content, your relationships with other members and the features available at the time.
How do I find other members?
Visit the members directory to explore member profiles. Depending on the available features and your permissions, you may also be able to use member search, friendship suggestions and profile links.
Search results and profile information may be limited by visibility settings, account status, blocking and other privacy or safety controls. Not every member or profile field is necessarily visible to every user.
How do friendships work?
Bronva supports member connections so that you can build a network of people whose activity you want to follow.
Depending on the available interface, you may be able to send or respond to friend requests, review suggestions and manage existing connections. A connection does not mean that you endorse everything another member says or does.
Respect other members’ decisions. Do not repeatedly send requests, use alternative accounts to evade restrictions or contact people in ways that amount to harassment.
Can I send private messages?
Yes. Bronva provides private messaging so members can communicate directly. Visit the messages area to access supported conversations.
Private messaging is intended for personal communication, but it should not be treated as an absolute guarantee of confidentiality. Messages may be reported, retained by participants, captured in screenshots or handled where necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
Do not use messages to send threats, scams, unsolicited abusive material or other unlawful content. Be cautious when sharing personal details, financial information or sensitive photographs.
Can I create or join groups?
Bronva provides a groups area for community participation and discussions.
Group availability, membership requirements and visibility depend on the settings and features available for each group. Public, private or otherwise restricted spaces may have different access rules.
Group administrators and moderators may be able to manage group activity in accordance with their permissions. Group participation does not exempt members from Bronva’s Terms of Use or applicable law.
Can I like or react to posts?
Bronva supports reactions on eligible community posts, comments and replies. Available reactions include Like, Love, Care, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry.
Where the controls are available, you can select a reaction and change or remove it. Other members may see your reaction and associated account name, and the service may generate notifications about interactions.
Reactions and comments should be used respectfully. Do not use them to harass or intimidate other members.
Can I edit or delete a post or comment?
Bronva provides editing and deletion controls for eligible activity posts, comments and replies, subject to the available interface and your permissions.
Where an edit option is available, you can correct mistakes or update your wording. Deletion controls may remove the item from the relevant part of the service.
Editing or deleting content does not guarantee that every previous copy, notification, screenshot, quotation, report or backup is erased. Other people may already have seen or retained the original content.
Can I share GIFs, stickers and emoji?
Bronva’s messaging experience supports features such as emoji, GIFs and stickers where available. GIF content is configured to use a PG-13 / Teens content rating through the relevant provider.
Content ratings are a filtering measure, not a guarantee that every result will be suitable for every person or that every item will be correctly classified. Use good judgement when sharing content and report material that appears unlawful or seriously inappropriate.
Third-party content is also subject to the relevant provider’s availability, terms and content policies.
How can I invite friends and family?
You can share the registration page with people who may be interested in joining Bronva. Where invitation features are available, you can also use the supported invitation controls.
Invitations should be sent responsibly to people you reasonably expect would welcome them. Do not use invitations for spam, harassment, deceptive promotions or repeated unwanted contact.
Bronva may apply rate limits or other safeguards to invitation features to protect the community and recipients. Recipients may have an option to opt out of further invitation emails.
Inviting someone does not guarantee that they will register or that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
4. Safety, reporting and moderation
Understand the tools available to help manage unwanted interactions and report concerns.
How does Bronva approach online safety?
Bronva aims to provide a community in which people can express themselves while being protected by appropriate safeguards against unlawful content, abuse and misuse.
Our approach includes relevant reporting mechanisms, account and access controls, blocking and muting features, security measures and moderation responses where appropriate. We aim to take reports seriously and respond according to their nature, severity, available evidence and applicable legal obligations.
No online service can guarantee that all harmful content will be prevented, that every report will be resolved immediately or that every safety measure will work perfectly. Members should use available safety controls and contact the appropriate authorities when a situation presents an immediate danger.
How do I report a member or inappropriate content?
Where the safety controls are available, use the relevant Safety or reporting option on a member profile, post or conversation. Select the reason that most accurately describes the concern and provide clear, relevant details.
Reportable concerns may include:
- Threats, harassment or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or other potentially unlawful discriminatory content.
- Sexual exploitation, sexual abuse or potentially unlawful sexual material.
- Scams, fraud, spam or deceptive activity.
- Impersonation or misuse of another person’s identity.
- Content involving child safety or other serious risks.
- Other material or behaviour that may breach the Terms of Use or applicable law.
Provide enough information to help identify the relevant account, post or conversation. If the reporting interface offers an option to attach recent conversation content or post evidence, use it where relevant and appropriate.
Reports may be reviewed by authorised personnel. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome, immediate removal or disclosure of any action taken against another member.
What happens after I submit a report?
Reports may be assessed according to the nature and seriousness of the allegation, the information supplied, available evidence, applicable law and the need to protect members or the service.
Depending on the circumstances, Bronva may take no action, request further information, remove or restrict content, issue a warning, limit an account, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant information or take other appropriate measures.
Serious reports, including concerns involving potentially illegal content or immediate risks to safety, may require different handling from ordinary disputes or disagreements.
We may be unable to disclose the details of an investigation, another member’s personal information or confidential enforcement decisions. Reports may be retained as necessary for assessment, safety, security, legal compliance and the handling of disputes.
Can I block someone?
Where the blocking feature is available, you can block a member to reduce unwanted interaction. Blocking may end an existing friendship and prevent the relevant accounts from messaging one another. It may also restrict their visibility in member lists, search results, activity feeds or other areas.
The exact effects depend on the feature and the circumstances. Blocking is intended to help manage your own experience; it is not a substitute for reporting serious misconduct.
Administrative and safety functions may operate differently from ordinary member interactions. Blocking does not prevent Bronva from taking legitimate moderation or security action involving an account.
What is muting, and how is it different from blocking?
Muting is intended for situations in which you want fewer interactions with a particular member without applying the stronger restrictions associated with blocking.
Depending on the available controls, muting may hide the member’s posts from your feed and reduce notifications, message alerts or other interruptions for a selected period. The other member may not be notified that you have muted them.
Blocking generally applies broader restrictions to communication and visibility. Review the information shown in the Safety interface before choosing an option.
Can I report a private message?
Where the reporting controls are available within a conversation, you can use them to raise a concern about another member or a message. Some reporting interfaces may allow relevant recent conversation content to be attached as evidence.
Only include information that is reasonably necessary to explain the report. Report evidence may contain personal information belonging to you or another person and may be accessible to authorised personnel who need it to assess the issue.
Private messaging does not prevent Bronva from handling a report or taking proportionate steps necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
Does Bronva remove content just because someone disagrees with it?
Disagreement alone is not intended to be sufficient reason to remove lawful content. Bronva aims to support a range of viewpoints and to distinguish ordinary disagreement from threats, harassment, unlawful conduct and other genuine safety concerns.
Content may nevertheless be restricted or removed where required by law, where it breaches the Terms of Use, where it creates a serious risk or where another legitimate and proportionate reason justifies action.
Decisions depend on context and the applicable circumstances. Bronva cannot guarantee that every moderation decision will be correct or that every item of lawful content will always remain available.
Can I appeal a moderation decision?
If you believe that your content was restricted or your account was suspended or terminated incorrectly, contact support@bronva.com.
Explain what happened, identify the relevant account or content and provide any information that may help clarify the circumstances. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Where an appeal or review process is available or legally required, Bronva aims to consider relevant information fairly and proportionately. The availability, scope and timing of a review may depend on the decision, the applicable legal requirements and the information provided.
What should I do if someone threatens me or someone else?
If there is an immediate risk of serious harm, contact the relevant emergency services or police. Do not rely solely on a website report to deal with an emergency.
Where it is safe to do so, preserve relevant evidence, report the account or content through Bronva’s safety controls and block the person if that would help protect you. Avoid confronting someone if doing so could increase the danger.
Bronva may take appropriate action within its control and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities, subject to applicable law.
How does Bronva handle potentially illegal content under UK law?
Bronva aims to comply with applicable UK law, including relevant duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 where those duties apply to the service.
Potentially illegal content may include material involving threats, certain forms of abuse, fraud, exploitation or other conduct prohibited by law. The legal classification of content depends on the circumstances and applicable legislation.
Reports and other relevant signals may be assessed to determine whether action is necessary. Depending on the circumstances, this may include restricting access to content, suspending an account, preserving relevant information or referring a matter to an appropriate authority.
Bronva’s safety arrangements and reporting routes may evolve as legal requirements and the service develop. This FAQ is not a guarantee that every item of illegal content will be identified or removed immediately.
Can I report a problem if I am not a Bronva member?
If you are not a member but have a concern about content or activity associated with Bronva, contact support@bronva.com and provide the relevant page address, a description of the concern and any information reasonably needed to locate the material.
Please do not send passwords, unnecessary personal data or sensitive material beyond what is reasonably required to explain the issue. Where a dedicated reporting mechanism is available, use it in accordance with its instructions.
5. Privacy and personal data
Understand the information involved in operating a social network and the choices available to you.
Where can I read Bronva’s Privacy Policy?
Read the full Bronva Privacy Policy for information about the personal data handled in connection with the service, why it is used, the circumstances in which it may be shared, how long it may be retained and the rights that may be available to you.
The Privacy Policy is the main reference for detailed information about personal data. This FAQ provides a general explanation and should be read alongside it.
What information does Bronva collect?
Operating a social network involves handling information needed to create accounts, display profiles, deliver messages, show community activity and maintain the service.
Depending on how you use Bronva, this may include:
- Account details, such as your name, username and email address.
- Profile information and photographs that you choose or are required to provide.
- Posts, comments, reactions, group participation and messages associated with your account.
- Account settings, preferences, notifications and friendship or interaction information.
- Technical and security information, such as IP addresses, browser details, device information and account-event records.
- Reports, support correspondence and information needed to investigate abuse, security incidents or legal concerns.
This information supports ordinary service functions, account security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and the reliable operation of the network. The exact information involved depends on the features you use and the circumstances.
For the full explanation, including applicable legal bases and retention arrangements, consult the Privacy Policy.
Why does Bronva record certain security information?
Security information can help identify suspicious sign-in attempts, investigate account compromises, diagnose technical problems, detect misuse and protect members against fraud or unauthorised access.
For example, records of successful and failed login attempts can help distinguish normal account use from repeated attempts to gain access. Technical information can also help investigate a report or understand why a security measure behaved unexpectedly.
Such information may include IP addresses, timestamps and browser or device characteristics where relevant. These records are not necessarily proof of a person’s identity or physical location. IP-based location estimates can be inaccurate, especially when VPNs, proxies, mobile networks or shared connections are involved.
Security records should be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable access controls and relevant legal obligations.
Are my private messages completely confidential?
Private messaging is designed to let members communicate directly rather than publish a conversation as a public activity update. However, a private message should not be treated as an absolute guarantee of confidentiality.
Recipients can read messages and may copy, forward, photograph or screenshot them. Messages may also be included in a safety report or handled where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or responding to a valid legal obligation.
Access to personal information should be limited to legitimate purposes and handled in accordance with applicable law. Do not use private messages to exchange passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information unless you have a clear and appropriate reason to do so.
Can other members see my profile information?
What other members can see depends on the type of information, the visibility settings available and the context in which the information appears.
Profile details, photographs, activity posts and group contributions may be visible to other members or, where the relevant area is publicly accessible, to visitors who are not logged in. Some information may be restricted according to privacy settings, friendship relationships or other access controls.
Do not assume that information entered into a social network is visible only to people you know. Check the available settings before publishing personal details, and avoid sharing your home address, financial information or other sensitive data unnecessarily.
Does Bronva use cookies?
Bronva may use cookies and similar technologies to support functions such as account login, session management, security, remembering applicable preferences and other website operations.
Optional technologies, including analytics where used, may be subject to consent requirements under applicable UK data protection and privacy law. Where consent is required, the relevant technologies should not be activated before valid consent has been obtained.
You can find detailed information about the use of personal data and relevant technologies in the Privacy Policy. Browser settings may also let you control certain cookies, although disabling essential cookies can prevent parts of the service from working properly.
Does Bronva share my personal information?
Personal information may need to be processed by service providers that help operate, maintain, protect or support Bronva. Information may also be disclosed where necessary for legitimate service functions, safety investigations, the establishment or defence of legal claims or compliance with applicable law.
For example, technical providers may process information needed to deliver website functionality, protect infrastructure or send account-related communications.
Information should be handled according to applicable data protection requirements and the circumstances of the processing. The Privacy Policy explains relevant categories of recipients and other important details.
What privacy rights do I have?
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
These rights are not absolute in every situation. Exceptions may apply, including where information must be retained to comply with law, protect others’ rights, maintain appropriate security records or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To raise a data protection request, contact support@bronva.com. Explain what you are requesting and provide enough information to help us identify the relevant account. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
For further details, consult the Privacy Policy.
Can I download a copy of all my data?
Bronva aims to give members meaningful control over their accounts and personal information. A comprehensive self-service export of posts, photographs and other account data is a potential improvement to the service, but you should not assume that every item can currently be downloaded through a single button.
You can contact support@bronva.com to ask about accessing personal information held about you. Any formal data access or portability request will be handled according to applicable legal requirements, including relevant exemptions and identity-verification safeguards.
A data export may not include every technical record, information about other people or material that cannot lawfully be disclosed. An export request is also distinct from a request to delete your account.
What happens to my information when I delete my account?
Account deletion is intended to remove your account from normal use and delete associated information in accordance with the applicable deletion process and retention requirements.
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period or for a legitimate purpose, such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, the handling of reports, backup management or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Other people may already have copies of information you shared, and content included in reports or communications may require separate handling. The deletion process cannot guarantee immediate erasure of every copy in every location.
See the Privacy Policy for further information.
6. Features, suggestions and improvements
Help Bronva grow while keeping the service focused on useful features.
How can I suggest a new feature?
Bronva welcomes constructive feedback about features, usability, accessibility, performance and other improvements that could make the service more useful.
Email support@bronva.com with a clear description of your suggestion. Explain the problem it would solve, who might benefit and how you imagine it working.
A public feature-suggestion board with member voting is a planned improvement. Until such a board is available, email is the appropriate contact route.
Suggestions are considered alongside technical feasibility, safety, accessibility, legal compliance, cost and the overall aim of keeping Bronva simple. Sending an idea does not guarantee implementation, a response within a particular period or ownership rights in any resulting feature.
Will Bronva add games, news and other tools?
Bronva intends to expand beyond its core social networking features as the service develops. Possible additions include dedicated games, news, tools and other resources that support communication, discovery and entertainment.
New features will be considered according to community demand, usefulness, operational requirements, safety, privacy and the need to maintain a clear and responsive interface.
These are development aims, not a promise that a specific feature will be released or available by a particular date. Availability may change as features are developed, tested or maintained.
Why does Bronva focus on simplicity?
A social network should make common tasks understandable without requiring members to navigate unnecessary layers of settings or complicated menus.
Bronva aims to make it easier to find people, read activity, manage conversations and participate in groups. A cleaner interface can also help reduce distractions and make the service more approachable for new members.
Simplicity does not mean ignoring important functionality. The aim is to introduce additional features when they provide meaningful value, with suitable attention to accessibility, privacy, security and ease of use.
How can I help Bronva grow?
One of the most useful ways to help a growing community is to invite people who would genuinely enjoy participating.
You can share the registration page, contribute constructive posts, join discussions, provide useful feedback and report problems through the appropriate channels.
New members help create more opportunities for conversation, friendships and community activity. Invite people responsibly and respect their decision if they choose not to join.
How can I contact the founder?
Bronva was founded by James William Steven Parker. For suggestions, feedback, support and other service-related enquiries, email support@bronva.com.
Messages should explain the issue clearly and include relevant page addresses or error details where appropriate. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Contacting the founder or support team does not guarantee a personal response, immediate implementation of a suggestion or a particular resolution time. Enquiries will be handled as reasonably practicable.
7. Technical help and troubleshooting
Practical steps for resolving common problems when using Bronva.
Why is Bronva loading slowly?
Loading speed can depend on your internet connection, device, browser, the size of the content being displayed, server load and the availability of external services.
If a page is unusually slow, try the following:
- Refresh the page and check whether other websites load normally.
- Try an up-to-date browser.
- Temporarily disable extensions that interfere with page scripts or network requests, if safe to do so.
- Try a different network or device to determine whether the issue is local.
- Check whether the problem affects one page or the whole service.
If the issue persists, contact support@bronva.com and include the affected page address, approximate time and a description of what happened.
Why are messages or notifications not appearing?
Messages and notifications may be delayed or unavailable because of connection problems, browser restrictions, account settings, temporary service issues or other technical conditions.
Check your internet connection, reload the relevant page and confirm that you are logged in to the correct account. Review the available notification and messaging settings where appropriate.
If a particular conversation is missing or messages repeatedly fail to load, contact support with the relevant details. Do not send private message contents unless they are necessary to explain the issue and you are comfortable sharing them.
Why can’t I see a member, post or group?
Content may be unavailable because it has been deleted, hidden, restricted to certain members, affected by privacy settings, removed through moderation or made inaccessible by a block or other account restriction.
Temporary technical problems may also affect search results or page loading. If you believe something is missing due to an error, provide the relevant page address to support.
Bronva cannot guarantee that every previously available item will remain available indefinitely.
What should I do if I encounter an error?
Refresh the page, check your connection and try again. If the error continues, record the message displayed and the page address where it occurred.
Contact support@bronva.com with a concise description of the steps that caused the problem, the approximate time and any relevant screenshots that do not unnecessarily expose private information.
Never include your password, authentication tokens or other account secrets in a support request.
Can I use Bronva on a phone or tablet?
Bronva is designed to provide a responsive experience across desktop computers, phones and tablets.
Depending on your browser and device, you may be able to add the website to your home screen for quicker access. The availability and behaviour of installation prompts depend on browser and device support.
Keep your browser updated for security, compatibility and performance. Some interfaces may behave differently on smaller screens.
Is Bronva always available?
Bronva aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, cyberattacks, external service failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We aim to maintain and improve the service as reasonably practicable. Features may occasionally be modified, restricted or temporarily unavailable to address operational, security or legal requirements.
8. Terms, legal information and responsibilities
Important information about using Bronva responsibly and understanding the limits of this FAQ.
What rules apply when I use Bronva?
Your use of Bronva is subject to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or notices that apply to particular features.
You are responsible for your own conduct, the content you submit and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law. You must not use Bronva for unlawful purposes, to infringe another person’s rights, to compromise security or to abuse other members.
You should read the applicable terms before registering and review them when relevant updates are published.
Who is responsible for content posted by members?
Members are responsible for the content they create, submit or share and for ensuring that their conduct complies with applicable law and the Terms of Use.
Bronva provides a service through which members can interact. The presence of content on the platform does not mean that Bronva endorses it, verifies its accuracy or adopts it as its own statement.
Bronva may assess, restrict or remove content when appropriate or legally required. Nothing in this FAQ excludes responsibilities that Bronva has under applicable law or makes members responsible for matters for which they are not legally responsible.
Does Bronva guarantee that all information is accurate?
No. Member-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misleading or expressed as opinion. Bronva does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of every post, profile, message or external link.
Use your own judgement when evaluating information, particularly where it concerns health, finances, legal matters, personal safety or other significant decisions. Verify important claims using appropriate independent sources.
Report content that you reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise requires attention.
Does Bronva guarantee that my account or content will never be lost?
Bronva aims to operate the service responsibly, but no online service can guarantee that all data will always remain available or that interruptions, corruption, unauthorised access or technical failures will never occur.
Where practical, keep your own copies of important content and photographs. Do not rely on Bronva as the only storage location for information that you cannot afford to lose.
Any responsibility for loss or damage is subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law. Nothing in this FAQ excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
